Concert-Lecture – Polina Fradkina (in Russian)

Wednesday, 19.6 // 19:00 // Past Event

Music as a means for coping with anxieties.

In today’s world, uncertainty and fear are constant companions. We often try to bottle up negative emotions like anger and anxiety, leading them to fester within. But what if there was a healthy outlet for these feelings?

How can we worry and resent without hurting others? Musician and pianist Polina Fradkina suggests music as a tool, as in music there are no negative emotions. Music is a safe space to explore a full spectrum of emotions.

The concert-lecture is held in Russian, and includes pieces by Beethoven, Chopin, Prokofieff, at al.
